Meditation is a daily practice

Meditation is a practice like brushing your teeth. As a matter of course, we brush our teeth to self care twice a day. From a child we have been trained to do this. We can also meditate to self care for ourselves too - with a practice, ideally twice a day for a short period of time. As you progress in your meditative practice, you can extend this period of time to whatever length feels appropriate for you.

Benefits of Meditation Extensively Researched

Scientific research suggests that meditation gives both physical and mental benefits to the meditator.
