My experience is that meditation even for short periods of time each day, brings tremendous personal benefits. A sense of ease, peace, being more in touch with yourself, easier relationships and the gradual reduction of physical discomfort and dis-ease.

I offer one to one sessions run in my peaceful garden studio here in the village of Bashley, in the heart of the New Forest. I also work within companies on site to provide one to one training or small group sessions.

I have meditated myself for over 15 years - like most people I have lapsed at times but always coming back, drawn by the tangible beneifts of regular practice. I have found meditation to be a game changer - transformative for the better. I have a personal history of PTSD and chronic pain/ill health and meditation practice has massively helped me to shift from a place of limitation to one of personal freedom.
